We are dedicated to supporting education in Ahmedabad by providing resources, guidance, and opportunities for children in need. Our efforts aim to ensure that every child, regardless of their background, has the chance to learn, grow, and succeed. Through community support and educational programs, we strive to build a brighter future for the students of Ahmedabad.
Ending Child Labour through Education
Fortunately, as we are a successful women empowerment NGO in Ahmedabad, we have inspired many families to take their children to our schools. Though convincing the poor and illiterate parents to send their children to school is a daunting task, we find it a great victory to motivate many of them to bring them under the light instead of becoming child labourers.
Shaksham Foundation aims to eradicate child labors from not only Gujarat but also India we right to education is a common right that every individual should have. Thousands of people are living under the poverty level and sleeping under the open sky with empty stomachs. For them, managing daily sustainability is the highest goal.
Fortunately, some parents are hopeful in building their children’s future by allowing them to get educated by enrolling in our programs. We provide scholarships to students scoring 80% and above in their board exams. After proper counselling, we provide career guidance and even provide funds for their higher studies.
At present, our teachers and fellow members are working at Gyaspur, Vatva, and Sabarmati in Ahmedabad and with proper funds and support; we aim to grow bigger to educate these children.

We provide free classes, fun activities, and counseling for children, guiding them toward school admissions. With community support, we bring education to underserved areas and create brighter futures.
Education Centres by Shaksham Foundation
We run 3 free education centers where children attend classes, enjoy fun activities, and receive counseling to join government schools. Donors often visit to gift stationery and motivate the students. If you have a space in your area, we can start a free learning center there too. Let’s bring education to more children together!
